We are here to provide support even after your site launches. Bizango is a US-based company and our office is located in the Pacific Time Zone, in Seattle, WA. We have a ticketing system that helps us track email requests and we typically respond to tickets within 1-2 business days.

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and updates for the website?
Yes. For sites that are built using Bizango’s CMS, we handle all of the backend maintenance as part of your hosting. Most of our clients can do their own site updates using our super easy editing tools, but if you’d rather have us take care of making edits to the site we can for an additional fee.

Yes, we can provide onsite search engine optimization as part of your web design package. For projects that include onsite SEO, we begin the process with doing a comprehensive site audit and keyword research. We then use this information to form our onsite SEO strategy and build this into your site.
